Heba Hassanin is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong and an accredited OPTIFAST VLCD weight loss health professional. Heba has been providing nutritional counselling for almost 5 years while working overseas, and has helped hundreds of people to lose weight, keep it off and dramatically improve the quality of their lives, through the variety of dietary that she has created. Heba provides counselling to people with over-weight and Obesity, Cardiac diseases, elderly and rehab complications, Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes, as well as developing diabetes prevention plans for pre-diabetics. Helping consumers making healthier food choices to achieve goals such as weight loss, improved blood glucose control, and reduction of cardiovascular risk factors. Heba is also usually conducting small group education for weight loss, cardiac patients, and diabetes patients.
