My Philosophy

Each person is different in terms of eating habits, activity level, social life needs, responses to emotional situations and their medical conditions and medications. For this reason, pre-written diets just don’t work. People don’t respond well to drastic changes in their lifestyles. They may try and adhere to them in the beginning, but eventually they will go back to whatever feels comfortable to them. During our sessions I will provide your patient with the tools that is needed to make educated choices, and long lasting lifestyle changes. Working together as a team, utilising the latest scientific research, we will develop an individually tailored plan with a realistic fixable approach that suits your patient, and help with lifetime management.
